i was fishing the long rock on sunday night as i herd that it fished thro the day on the newbiggin comp i started on the silvers got 2 fish but then it went dead for a bit so i walked along to te long rock for the last hour befor flood got 3 fish from ther so i ended up with 5 fish for 20lb bigest fish was 8lb so it was a very good night

something not right about this one,my self and 3 mates fished the same marks on the very same night and were the only ones there

I very much doubt you were the only ones there as the amble club fish there match on a sunday and the local lads always fish these marks

amble finish at 9 pm, lw 11.10 pm like i said we were the only ones there.

We finish at 9.30 pm, and as far as I know only 2 of our members were in that area that night. They each caught 3 cod of about 2 lb, so there were fish about.
