I wouldn't worry about time wasting, if its with the best intention. If nobody tells them about suspicious things then they can't do anything about it.

The Shields incident is in the North Eastern IFCA district, Contact Us south of the Tyne as posted by me earlier. Have you reported it as I did up here in Northumberland? I can assure you the NIFCA officers welcome any reports from anglers in the Northumberland district and it is not seen in any way as a waste of time.

it was the 6th when a was up at sandy bay, (cambois side), there was a couple of gent's fishing there, and the float's a seen weren't milk bottle's.

a have spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone who was very interested.
