Anyone lost a Jack Russell bitch in Ryhope!!!! no collar been well looked after!!!! my neighbour has took it in!!!

I'm not sure but the dog looks like one John Surtees(Ryhope sac) dogs, if anyone has his mobile could you quickly text him to make sure he hasn't lost one please before he has to pick it up from dog warden.
