low water marks ?

can anyone tell me a low water mark for tomorrow between hartle pool and south shields i`ve got the morning off for a change cheers for any help

toll bar at ryhope best with a bit sea on i think, horden beach first of flood, chemical beach seaham , hendon prom at low water on beach weed can be a problem at times, only a few i know of

try the headland at hartlepool, went and had a look yesterday ready for tomorrow night lovely sea running should fish well , try infront of the cannons, thats where i\'ll be tomorrow night
