As soon as you get one on a lure you'll start getting them all the time
I love catching flounder on lures as they really hit them well and make a good account for themselves

Well I've got my first 3 all planed out, Rainbow at sharply tomorrow (third time lucky lol), Browine on the Coquet over the Easter weekend, Flattie the week after that, then I'll be looked at adding the obligatory Sea scorpion, and Coley. Pollock and At least 1 of the wrasses when I go over to the Mull, Codling and whiting once I get the kayak out, Mackerel and bass after that. Infact you guy might as sell quit now, my plan is perfect lol

it does mate but its a little more, I've had wrasse on the Zen before, bouncing them on the bottom, but its a snag risk to say the least. So im going to change the trebble for a weedless hook, and a jelly of some sort. That should do the trick

Sounds like a plan, i'll see how it works before i start ripping the trebles off my zens. Are you planning on jigging or retrieving your contraption?

I really hope so. What's your technique?

I've had them on jigheads with 2" paddletail grubs but my preferred methods are dropshotting and Carolina rigs (relatively clean ground for the Carolina). Power isome, strawtail grubs, anything around 2-3" really and they'll hit it. Bright colours like chartreuse work really well too.
