Ware were you fishing mate, we were at bog hall ,up till 10 ,never had a bite ,no weed

The lads next to me diddnt get weeded up either?
I saw your lights on there! I'll have to give bog hall a try some time I've never fished it!

There was a nice sea running ,thought there might be a fish or two later on like when the tide got up a bit , 3 or 4 lads along from us ,dont know if they got out after we went,keep reeling em in m8

Sea was lovely mate, the seas only too big there if you can't hold bottom,
I got one of my joint pb cod there (both 12lb8oz) when the sea was absolutely massive! I had 3 casts a 4lber on the first, then the 12lber then got smashed up by a huge raft of weed, losing too much line to fish on! (diddnt have my spare)
I was a member of the newbiggin club at the time and dragged Cecil out the bar to verify it! I got the leasure hsf trophy, must have been in the early ninetys

That's a cracking fish, you can't beat that, would love a double from the Shore!! I usually try to give Lynmouth a go when I get a chance, never fished it other than in flat conditions though and only managed small stuff and the odd bass!! Hoping we get some Northerlies during the festivities!! Cheers Rocker, keep up the good work!
