Dean i often take my top off in the summer coz i tan really easy BUT i fon have tribal tattoos on my back and both my arms i do wear air maxs but none of the other things mind lol

I quite enjoy mackerel fishing. Does this make me a "chav"? Nice light rod with a single spinner and another rod with a float on the go.

I enjoy it it can just be spoilt by other people rather easily I also take me top off occasionally, I am covered in tattoos, sometimes wear air max and like to drink stella lol I'm also not a chav:red:
I tend to go macky fishing just before 1st light tho when my local pier is prity empty, soon as it starts to get busy I'm away. Macky fishin is 1 of my fave pastimes in the summer using the lightest tackle I can get away with, usually a carp rod, small fixed spool and 8lb line. No fun just winching 6 at a time in on a beachcaster

Just to really get it going, lads on the boat yesterday 4 miles off passed over and seen large shoals of herring sprat...you know what that means...mackerel not far behind lol i am going for May the 6th from the boat and shore for the first one's

I love mackerel fishing and colaie fishing with lures in the summer but do hate fishing the piers in summer, loved a post on here a while ago with someone spinning and catching mackerel and pollack from Marsden rocks

Ah think it started last saturday on shields. Youngins walking on and asked me for a tab, got none. Then turned to mate who had just lit up, just got this one he said, well can ah have that one the kid replied!! Then another group asking for spare weights etc.

mackerel fishing with a float and light tackle during the summer months is one of my favorite types of fishing, cos the little buggers go off like a steam train when hooked, punching way above their weight, but i always go at first light when it is quite, as soon as i hear[ow many f/////g macky av yer ad mate and giv us a can biffo yer daft c//t did yer ferget the bin bags] im off.

LOL so true lol, the poor Port of tyne gate keeper on South Shields pier took a 5oz lead in the head last year there's some right eejits about. Time to set the alarm clocks 4/5am fishing sessions lol get on while there sleeping the fosters off lol.

My all time record is 2nd of May boat and 24th May shore, everything depends on the wind direction and how settled the sea is.
My boats underwater temp gauge was reading 10.7c last Friday mid afternoon.
