can you catch mackerel on single jelly worms? got loads sat in my box but never tryed them.
You can catch mackerel with anything that is put in front of them and moved around, they attack anything
Just to really get it going, lads on the boat yesterday 4 miles off passed over and seen large shoals of herring sprat...you know what that means...mackerel not far behind lol i am going for May the 6th from the boat and shore for the first one's

anyways the thread goes on for days but unfortunately war was declared on the poor guy that had forgot hes camera at home ..but i suppose it was better than sitting in the house![]()
chav free mark. HOW WOULD U COPE,Ram a balsa Dowell into a defrosted sandeel, put on a 10, 15ft snood, use an up and over rig, with an impact sheild. Pick any nice chav free mark, and blast it to the horizon. I've caught mackerel like this, and its pretty good fun.
