thought you were a fisherman,you know macki dont come in shore until late june maybe the odd have ventured in late may.depends water temp and sprat,i would'nt bother until june.you could go to west with darren.

Mid to end of June from the shore but many more days of east winds like we have this week and it could be like 2004 end of July or later.

You need a long settled spell of weather and clear water for them to come in as any rough weather forces the sprats off shore and they follow.
