First time out in ages so decided to Fish the pinical tonight (middle of beach ) 6 till 10 with two mates first cast nice codling ov 4lb thought its gona be a good night but went dead bait used rag lug squid

Nice fish mate. I was fishing just along from you (towards the Grotto). I had one just over 4lb at around half six - nowt else, not even a bite!
