We arrived pretty late for the comp today as the bloody road was closed for roadworks on the way to sunderland. Eventually got there and checked out Roker pier, which by looking at it was rammed packed. So with hendon and the rathouse being most likely packed we decided to give Marsden ago. With all the cliff marks being taken we just fished next to camels island. We had about half a dozen of bloody rockling. Was an hour before high water and tbh it was getting a might rough for me, i seen a few lads bailing there marks aswell. So forgetting the comp we fished the tide down on the tyne too use the last of the lug up and have some sport with the whiteys. Was a nice day and shelted from the wind but i wasnt comfy with some of them freak waves.

i fished the pier mate, on the barrier, it didnt really start getting chocka til around 12.30 ish, but by 1.30 it was crammed
