massive fish caught 5 mins ago

Yer its a cracking fish , great marking and condition.

Always makes me laugh when a big fish is caught and then next tide everyone is fishing that spot, bet 365 would give you million to 1 on for a cod to be caught that size again from that mark within the next few tides.

i think ill have a drive down there tomorrow night to see how many people are there trying to catch another fish that size. earlier in the year when the 24lber was caught at tynemouth there was about 50 people there the next night lol

I fished it twice, caught rockling and coalie once and other time a few coalie and a 4lb codling and small bass.

Been told Seaham is chucking up a few of 2-4lbers tonight, will find out spot when lad answers his phone again lol

What a corker...well done that man :)

...with any luck the lurkers will be over the other side of the water now trying to catch up with the shoal of Doubler Cod that have obviously nested in that spot, leaving the marks over here for me to fish in peace :p:D

what a belting fish Lance, he caught one of 11lb not long ago. pity it wasn't the young un that had caught it, what a story that would have been.

me pal rang me tonight as he got this class fish thru the night at an undisclosed mark called crinkly bottom;)he said if i put where her got it heed chop me bolloks off ,due to being bad enough as it is without being arrested , but was south of the wear near sunderland weighed several hours later by me as he had no scales was 10 pound 3 his personal best and well done pugwash .thats all i can say but they are out there ,the plum

Think I might know where your on about, saw a headlight at a certain illegal mark last night near Sunderland.

Cracking fish that 17lber, who would have thought of using a rockling as bait!
