Dont know the result mate but had a walk along the big beach and the slab up to the gate a few hardy soles out didnt look like they had much or were havin much fun.

there was a few cod reported to 5 lb on roker pier.

yes it was me who won it lads yahhhhoooooooooo,i caught the 9lb 7oz cod on fresh kipper from sainsburys tipped with slipper limpet i cast a good 110 yards crap bite then wallop ,it felt like a bag of 4 stone taties it gave the best fight ive had,then i thought wat will i do next,then i thought ok il wake up realise im talking total bulcrap and i never even fished the comp haha lol,but all the best to everyone who participated and well done the winners
