money for old rope??

well new rope needed, anyone good, local and cheap for rope?? want a couple hundred metres 16mm or 18mm for Pansy.

Anchor rope basically, there 100metres of chain (I think) so need a rode to go with it, there's some deep bits to break down over this weekend!

This is what we use at work Mark. 12mm dia. biggest size though.

12 mm will be nowhere near enough for a boat of that size and weight mark, we used to use 40 - 50 mm Doubled up when attaching to chains for our moorings,,,,,, and we were only 32 ft.

it aint local , but i bought some burgee of these with no probs at all , seems quality and it was certainly the cheapest i could find for what i wanted .
might be worth a look at the polypropylene...

nope, but 16 will be!

we've 45mm for the mooring lines already, 14 or 16mm rode for the anchor will be plenty
