My favourite Clyde view!

Not my photo guys but my favourite view of where I live!

I went up Lyall Hill today and my wee friend Pamela took this photo. The "Cross of Lorrainne" looks like it has been added, but I assure you, it hasn't!!

Here is the history :

A war memorial to the Free French forces who fought in the Second World War. It was built in the shape of the Cross of Lorraine, the emblem of the Free French, combined with an anchor."

Aye Mark. a great spot up there. My mate lives just
Below the monument. We took the ferry over to the games a few years ago. I was moved by what I learned about the free french forces,and the sacrifices they made.
