Well got to Sharpley at approx 9.05 am this morning, set up and fishing by 9.40, The day started off and ended much the same, very quietly, so i decided to take a couple of pics on my phone.Had a coffee and a cake around 11.30 then continued fishing. It was Pauls first time at Sharpley and he thoroughly enjoyed himself, even though he blanked, but he did have 1 fish on which he lost about a metre from landing it.Any way heres a couple of pics of the lakes
Looks lovely dont it, anyway saw quite a few fish taken, but only 1 fish looked any sort of size.we used sinking lines, floating lines, buzzers, blood worm, hares lug, alsorts really, we left around 7pm, oops i forgot heres a pic of shaun with his rainbow of 2 1/2 lb
And the best for last, ME with my first ever fish caught on the fly, a rainbow weighing in at 2 1/2 l
