New Boat

Howdy all , after a prolonged period of graft , bought an Antares 710 ( Swordfish )coming in to Royal Quays soon . Nice to catch up with you all again , swing by for a cuppa or see you'd out there :)
 
Great to see you back in action Dave looking forward to a pint if your up for a little catchup ? Cant wait to see the new craft ;)
 
Yes as said a few weeks back, be nice to see you back and on the fish.

More boats, more cod and change in fuel price but thats about it from when you last owned Dolly :)
 
Thank you all , pint sounds good Bert 😊 , rest of this year will practice on my new toys . Looking at retiring soon so going to hammer it , last 10 years went fast mind 😱
 
"Just call my name and I'll be there" unless were fishing ! ......there's a nice pub next to the quay that does the best pint of Irish for miles around !!
 
Get some pic's up Dave, pontoon A or B is mainly fishing loon's like us lot, space on both as well.

She is Dave but under a different name and they have added some "art" stickers. I will point her out when we meet up. I am fishing until the 25th of October weather willing so if your sorted by then head out for a two boat trip to get a feel for her if you wished.
 
Long gone, last I heard she was down south coast, I came across a post on a lure forum that asked a question about 625's saying he had just bought the boat and linked your blog about dolly.
I did have a bit chat with him (mentioning yourself :) )but lost touch.
Was about 3-4 year ago

I may have the wrong boat then Norman, a 625 with some sort of mermaid on the front, i thought this was Dolly.

So many boats come and go, alot of people keep them a year then sell up.
 
Got alot of fish, about 75 over 3lb but only 1 doubler...heavy tackle loses as well but a great day out, different worlld that far out. Also hit a shoal of 4lb coalie that we never counted, must of had 15 between 4lb n 5lb so made a nice change.
