Has any body fished whitehaven or around that stretch of coast thinking of giving it a wirl at the weekend . and do you no if you can fish the pier there? Things are get in tight round here now about

You will probably catch the same over there as you will here,Flounders,Dabs,small Plaice and maybe an odd LSD.
Give it another month and the better Plaice will be showing...

ive fished whitehaven and slept on pier a couple of times nice spot wen the weathers nice plenty of dogfish were caught between us best bait i think is rag tiped with a bit squid cant recall catching anything else apart from the doggies great fighting fish aswell hope you catch

Both piers can be fished at Whitehaven, the outer (south) pier is reputed to produce the better quality fish.
