Haven\'t a clue what religion the Whities are, but they love the stuff, m8.

Just got back in from a few hours on Shields Pier - again - a fish just about every cast using the liver bait.

Normally I find fishing from the Pier pretty relaxing - not tonight - I was constantly busy
After casting, I started to bait up the the next trace - returnig to the rod stand to hang the trace up and found I had a fish on. Reeled in, unhooked fish, next rig on, cast out, bait up - another fish on! This went on for 3 hours . Ended up with a dozen Whiting - all in size, but kept only 4 (promised a lad at work that I\'d take him some fish in tomorrow).

thanks for the reply; i was going to fish the rat house but i think i,ll give the pier a go.....

i gave my brother in law some liver on monday and he got a codling on it at souter lighthouse
i got called to a job at sheffield and didnt get back till last neet
