New rod christened

Had a few chucks after work tonight to try my new rod, this fella came second chuck! 4lb 8oz.
Then a few decent whiting followed, which went back.
Nice to break a rod in on the first sesh.

Very nice to use mate, and the extra length suits my casting style.
Not as scary as people make out,
Can't reveal the mark as I'm going back there tomorow!
ill just say its inbetween hendon prom and seaham prom.

certainly is and the Amble results, trouble is everybody catches at the same time which makes it hard for us reporters getting photos of all the good catches in.
