Me and my mate who fish hartlepool are looking for a new place to bait fish next week, night fishing, willing to travel but not stupidly far away lol, any suggestions for this time of year, thanks gents.

we mentioned as far as sunderland or so, but werent sure of any marks really, and rough ground possibly depends where fishes relatively well for a night somewhere new,bait wise probably rag bluey mackerell squid....our passports have came through so we can legally leave hartlepool for a night lol
I tend to favor the ground south of hartlepool first port of call is staithes and work your way down the coast all with some serious rock fishing you'll be at a disadvantage on any rock mark without having some crab for bait ( you can always try mussel )
