fished this the day and my daughter won the ladys comp.
Shes only 12 and this was her 2nd comp.
I think it was a 13 1/2lb bag that won it and heaviest fish was 7 1/2lb.

So for the next few weeks all im going to get is dad what did you catch!!

anybody know where the fish was taken, which areas fished well etc?
i was at the coastguard skeer at cresswell, lost two cracking lobsters but no fish! my mate lost what may have been a half decent one right at the shore, i saw a couple of small codling taken but nothing of any decent size.

Whitley area fished well.

Fish taken at the pipe whitley! I had one for 4lb 3oz from seaton point, over 300 fished

Yep, winning bag & H/F from pipe skeers, I fished the end and got 2 for 3lb 14oz along with a handful just undersize. Well done to all that caught; it seemed a bit patchy today with a lot of the popular shots not producing.
