Did not expect the 0-3 like but for sure did not expect Newcastle to score as said before.
Look at the team they put out, would have been embarrassing if Sunderland did not win! Newcastle have a strong starting 11 but lose a couple of players and they are knackered.
If this game happened 2 weeks ago the 0-3 would have been the other way around.
Good win Sunderland anyway, should stay up now I reckon.
As for Newcastle reckon they will drop like a stone but safe from relegation anyway hence the reason why Ashley bought nobody...again.

I was there and got no complaints and neither did any of the toon fans sat around me, apart from the ref who never let the game flow very well. Newcastle once again never wanted it and 2nd best to every ball, it would of been unfair if Sunderland never won based on the two teams performances.

Glad to hear it wasn't too serious.
Watched the game on the pc and we were very poor. Sunderland are pulling themselves out of the crap and played some decent football today. Such a shame our local team has no ambition any more

I was surprised how easy Sunderland claimed victory over Newcastle no one can dispute Sunderland were by far the better side, hopefully this result can be a springboard to ensuring Sunderland's premiership survival. We destroyed the black & whites and the way the lad's achieved it will hurt the mag's enormously and that makes me very happy in fact I hope they don't win another game this season!.............and if they played Sunderland every week they would'nt
