went out on the jfk at newyears eve about 5 lads on the boat but allan went it was just a run out for the boat it turned out to be a allright day went straight on the wrecks the first one we had about 35coaly then we moved on to others hit about 5 wrecks we ended up with 13 cod 3 ling two cod were 9 llb with one ling of 9llb the others were around 3to5llb all in all a very enjoyable day.. cheers allan.

we were only about 4 to 5miles at the most one wreck was qiute close i enjoyed it did'nt expect to be much on the go.

Just goes to show, there are allways a few fish if the conditions are right, it's just the thought of going out there with no other boats around if things go wrong. Glad you's had a canny day.

surely you have a good seaworthy boat a well serviced engine and an auxhillary and all other safety kit then why not ??
