Well looks like there will be half a dozen of us any way. Will post when I get in from work tonight. South of the Tyne for this one eh as it seems most of the lads that want to fish it come from that way.

Right as there are not a lot of us going to be able to make it how about meeting at the Marsdon Rattler car park about 7:00 pm and taking it from there. I am not bothered what we do as long as we get a bit of fishing in.

Yes I noticed that mate not the best but beggars can\'t be choosers lol. Plenty of places to fish around that area so it shouldn\'t be a problem though.

As you say.....plenty of choice in places to fish:

Beach straight down from the Ratller
Same beach but Trow Rocks end
Same beach but pier corner
Little beach
Pier - seaward side and harbour side
Groyne
Walkway

PLENTY choice

Just hope I manage to get out before then. Got Thursday AND Friday pencilled in. Will be in touch with Davey for Friday as we always used to fish on Christmas eve and it looks like his back is just about right now.

Been stocking up on bait for over the Christmas period, though.

Got several boxes of squid in the freezer along with a few lbs of mackeral and 8lbs of Mussel.......note to meself:.....remember to get some runnies
