Nice day at Seaham pier

Me , Codfather 145 and young don headed to Seaham pier from 10 till 4 today
Got there sun was out and a slight breeze

Me n Stevie took the small rods to for the species we must of had about 15 or 20 fish between us coalies. Codlings. Scorpion fish. Plaice and a blenny all small stuff but good sport
Poor don blanked but did get 3 small lobsters in the pots which went back

Stevie got 2 for the species hunt a plaice and a blenny

And a sea scorpion for me
No keepers but great banter and sport and a free suntan , nice easy day plus don reeled in 2 rigs and I reeled in 1 rig so went home with more gear than I took white wall tommorrow with the old man and brother

Sounds like a great day out mate. Lovely weather and some species to add, happy days. I had a couple of hours casting practice after work today, maybe should have went fishing.
