popped down the prom for sea water for me crabs and this guy had a cracking placie on quid n macky 2lb .8 ounces asked permission for pic here it is russ balmer from bishop auckland hope the promkeeper doesnt mind me being there nicking his water :D

the seaham club record plaice was boken yesterday apparantly. 3 fish of a similar stamp. unconfirmed but from a reliable source
 
Nice to meet you today and thanks for takeing the photo. Hope us Bishop lads are not going to be banned from comming over now and again. Apart from this fish the only other catches were 2 small Coalies by my mates 1 each. Still chuffed to bits with the fish and guess what im having for tea tomorrow.:):):)

its a pleasure russ hope i got the name right ,and a nice fish oh and a found a brand new casey football down the ramp washed up for the bairn whilst getting the water :D

Are you sure it's not Wilson trev there's some dodge pots on the ramp beware when your bending down;)
 
Nice plaice it's a beauty lads,
Being a bishop lad myself, it's a little bit of a hike to the coast so well worth it when you catch something decent like that.
