i think he has every right is did the lad to let him know, only takes a call, yep he would be upset driving but at least he got an answer, i would be a liitle more harsh with my actions

Maybe the guy left the house in a rush because of a 999 emergency? He didn't say if he knocked the door, perhaps he's lying dead on the floor for all we know. Yeah, I'd be narked aswell after that journey, but I'd still hold out for an explanation first before jumping the gun.

Well, like I say we don't know the deal until he replies to you mate, possibly he updated it to sold while waiting for you to arrive - who knows until the answer is posted.
