Its not the NFSA its the Northern Federation of Sea Anglers, I know that Sam is with the NFSA as I have spoken to him a few times, I think Wayne Harriman is the Secretary of the above but I have tried many times to contact him with no success, I need to contact them regarding the insurance for our angling festival.
