Match 1.

Fished 2down 2up with 11 anglers turning out. Only 3 managed to score. There was plenty rods out on Blyth pier and the beach but hardly any fish coming in from the pier or beaches. Those that did get caught were undersize so well done to the boys who caught in poor conditions.

1. Dave Nevin 31points (3xwhiting/1xflounder - River Tyne)
2. Jimmy Brooks 24points (2xwhiting/1xflounder/1xeel - River Tyne)
3. Matty Thompson 18points and H/F with a 37cm flounder - Blyth beach.
