Great, been off work all this week and not done a single spot of fishing... reason - had the old two bricks treatment on Tuesday :-( Probably more information there than anyone wanted ;-)

Doctor said \"Ohh, you shouldn\'t have any problems, we\'ll give you some pain killers just in case, but really you should be fine...\"

I got in the car today for the first time, nearly screamed the place down. Gritting my teeth just to sit at the PC for a couple of minutes.. Feels like I\'ve had a major zip incident and a good severe kicking down there.

Glad this is one of those once-only experiences. Guess it\'s my punishment for putting the wife through childbirth three times :-)

brave man got seven little ones 25 years old down over still wont get it done HATE hospitals in for an hour visiting and i feel im dying
 
I\'ve got 3 as well and wor lass wants me to go. Did want to go for the footie team(weel maybe\'s just 5 a side but 3rd one\'s a bugger so gone off that idea. Still don\'t fancy the bricks tho!!!!!They reckon your supposed to be straight in and staright out and able to go back to work straight away!Where\'d you get yours done 5150?I\'ll keep anote so that if I\'m offered there I\'ll politely refuse.
 
Sless - christ, if this hasn\'t worked then there\'s no way in hell I\'ll be going back either! Still knacking on one side tonite and a little tender on the other...

Red5 - Rake Lane did mine, given that I\'ve never been in hospital for anything other than a couple of minor broken bones, it wasn\'t that bad.... got knocked out because I\'m a shandy, but I was there for 8am and free to go at about 12:30.. staff were great, but I was still crapping and everything they needed to get at had gone into hiding on the bus ride in :o Don\'t think I could have had it done under local though *shudder*. Got two bottles to... erm.. fill.. I\'ll ask the missus for a \"hand\" with those ;)

My missus got her tubes tied, she thought I\'d be too embarassed to produce the sample, she thought you had to deliver there and then!! :D Blondes eh! gotta love em! :D
 
Had mine done years ago, under a local. Seemed the doc who did the op was a golfer at the course local to ours and had played behind me in the annual match only weeks before. We spent the op talking golf, although he was talking to my scrotum rather than to me personally. Worth it in the long run me thinks. Still got that sac thing for support as it looks kinky
 
Got mine done years ago at the Marie Stopes clinic in Gosforth. The Doctor said it woudnt hurt but it felt like being hit in the nuts with a cricket bat. I was black and blue for a week after but it was worth it.

Aye, dead right Sless ! But Im used to that feeling whenever I pull in undersize Whiting (which is all I ever seem to catch these days mate) !
