me n our lass want to do a few hours fishing any one know any good spots as i dont no them cheers...not the pier as it seems as tho theres nowt decent catching on there lately thanks.

anywhere that has a river feeding into it/out of it will be poor until all the rainwater has ran off so avoid the piers/harbours/estuaries/harbour mouths and head for a rock mark or beach spot that's well away from them.

if you are north of te tyne, the way the wind is howling at the min. i would fish somewhere like collywell bay, bottom of the steps at hartley or the top end of whitley beach next to the mini golf.
dosnt seem to be much happening on te beaches or pier of late.

was doing well in river 2 weeks ago got 2x2lb cod but gone quiet now.
