I was down at Tynemouth today and as usual ended up looking at Oxfauld ,I\'ve got a chance of a shot or two this week from 9 am till about 1 pm ,I\'m not sure if there\'ll be enough water to fish it ...any advice lads.

Phew i thought you were going to say there was another fish from there.because thats the one mark i always say im going to fish and whenever i dont somthing gets caught lol.

Steve, I\'m no expert, but I think you\'re right there\'ll not be enough water at the times you mention.

I got a canny tip off mardenq, walk down the ramp to the sign about dog fouling and count 12 posts along towards Tynemouth beach, then cast from there towards the lighthouse and you should hit the gulley.

The gulley\'s obvious when theres a bit sea on, in fact yesterday\'s 24 hour webcam had it perfectly sited. Still a high tide shot. If you can\'t see the black water there\'s not enough sea on.

If the sea\'s not too big you could try the start of the pipe at Whitley Bay. I think it fishes best during the day.

I was down this morning taking reference pics with my phone ,I\'ll have no bother hitting it at high water, cheers lads.
