pardew

I reckon Ashley has told Pardew which players he plans to sell when the transfer window opens and Pardew has just said "enough's enough," he's sick of trying to manage the club with his hands tied behind his back and having his better players sold from underneath him.
I don't think we will be able to attract an established reputable manager to the club because anyone with any self respect won't accept being a puppet under the control of Ashley.
Can you imagine an Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger or Van-Gaal working under the conditions Pardew has had to work under? No; neither can I.

for anyone wondering why us nufc fans aren't too upset about pardew going read these stats and factor in the 4 consecutive derby defeats...

But of course it's embarrassing as he's leaving for a bigger club...hahahha

how nufc / pardew have faired in the 2014 calendar year
BBC Sport - Premier League: Where did your team finish in 2014?

Worst goal difference out of the whole of the premiership, second most defeats after Hull City and were only just out of the bottom three as in terms of the 17 teams that have played this season

And some people think nufc fans are upset:confused:

not a clue;)

good theory mate, mind you, I'd be surprised if cashley would actually give him the heads up, more like he'd get to know when players never turned up for training.:D

I hoped he was staying but I'm not gutted he's gone, just worried

Win ratio of 37% over his 4 years, not really worth shouting about. If his hands are tied over transfers, why sign an eight year contract. Surely he read it beforehand

Job security maybe ? Same as any other job. I'm glad he's gone although I can't see much changing under a different manager if ashley stays.
