he has also gotta make some profit after all them very nice prizes he has donated to comps and quizzes on nesa :D :D

just picked mine up and they are all good sized better than these 50p sized ones i have seen, infact some of them i could even get three out of so £1 no problem :D . work it out. cut one decent size one in half then you have two. pay 55p each and that adds up to £1.10, thats more than a £1 a crab. as you can tell i am very happy with them :D :D :D . thanks ian

Just didn’t get mine, travelled 50 mile round trip. Lad in the shop picked 20 out the freezer, put them in a bag, I opened the bag to have a look at them :( a couple of them were decent size, but there were some I would say, very small. I said do you not usually get 2 for 1 as I have been told by a lad on Nesa that’s what you usually do when they are small, reply \"none\" except we sold thousands of them.

And Mark the 55p one\'s I buy, I get 2 and 3 out of them so that’s nearly 18p a crab.

Oh and by the way, when my wife ordered them for me, the shop said, you do know they are £1 each, she said yes, he said it\'s because we have to pay the diggers. When I first went into the shop and saw the crab, I said they don’t look that fresh, and the man said, oh we got them off someone who is packing up fishing. So where do the diggers come into that.

And before you all have a go at me, i have an opinion too. And for the size of some of them crab, well they were not value for my hard earned pound.

well roy everyone is entitled to there opinion m8 ;) , as far i am concerned i have no problem with the size and like i said before its the time of year and peeler are like hens teeth to get a hold of. by the way was that you comming out of the shop as i was going in, black suit looking like a funeral director about 12 noon. if it was hello :)

Well you can\'t please everyone can you but like mark says where you gonna get peeler this time of year!!!roybert if you got there and wern\'t happy with the size of them why didn\'t you just come away and save your pennies till your mate got them for 55p.The fact that you done a 50 mile round trip shows two things 1.ya mate doesn\'t get enough of them and 2.ya mate doesn\'t get enough of them lol...
And by the way I was informed off grommit yesterday that the peelers had come from a guy who had to pack in a sport he loved so much due to ill health.so someone has made a mistake .
He merely informed us he had peeler in he DIDN\'T force us to buy them ..And I for one appreciate that kind of info ..cheers

aye paul your\'e right there m8, mr grommit could have told no one and i could have bought them up 20 or 30 each week for safe keeping in my freezer :o lol. seriously it was good of him to mention he had them in. i was just about out of peelers and havent been oot for a few weeks so if i had not been told he had them i would not have known ;) .

roy regarding the two in a wrap thing i said, my mistake oops :o but his normal supplier during the summer does when they are small ;)

Mark Hello to you too, funeral director lol, very smart you were. I know they are very hard to source at this time of the year, more chance of winning the lottery.

Fishfinder, I agree you can’t please everyone, and I did just come away and save my pennies. One thing, my mate does get loads of them, and two things, I bought loads of them. Unfortunately I gave 500 of them away to three of my mates who were of to Ireland on a 2 week fishing holiday, and when I say gave them away I mean gave them away, I didn’t sell them for a £1

He merely informed you he had peeler in he DIDN\'T force us to buy them, correct that’s why I DIDN’T-shouting?? Please don’t shout I can read and see quite well thank you. That was not what my wife was told, and I quote again, you know they are a £1 because we have to pay the diggers??
