Penn affinity or surf blaster f/s reels

Has any one tried or use a penn affinity or surf blaster fixed spool reel if so how would you rate them, feedback appreciated

both good reels with the 16ft rods cast for miles with a long lazy swing never fished with one just played about alot of lads are getting them and the long rods you going continentol?lol

Got a surfblaster 8000 and use it all the time, spot on, great casting and really good retrieve. I use it with braid and the line lay is dead even

Use mine with a 15' Penn affinity, really makes casting easy. I use heavy braid on the deep spool for rough ground and got some light stuff with shock leader on the shallow (braid) spool. I am going to get another because I can't get away with multi's.

had one for 6 wks, used it 30 times (holiday in ireland) absolutely spot on. very smooth on retrieve and casts well too!
