Penn power handle

Just wondering if anyone has used one of these?

A. Are they any good?

B. Have they a universal attachment? I'm sure I saw a photo of one on a Shimano charter special on ebay?

Would like to get one for my charter special if they fit and are decent. Any info much appreciated.

And yes I realise I don't catch big fish, so it is more for the aesthetic appeal than anything! :red:

Just a bling bling power handle mate does th same job as a normal one bud although them nice grooves in the handle will collect more crud than the standard handle lol

Easy tiger lol not the ones I have seen they are longer

It has 2 positions like a slosh handle.. Use the hole in the centre and will be as normal.. Use the other one and will be longer than normal and therefore affect the reel

Ah Ok. Maybe I will just use the Shimano as is, don't want to ruin it, took me ages to find one!

I would change it to the penn personally as I find the charter special handles very very uncomfortable.. Use the penn on the most centre hole and it will be absolutely fine..

Thanks mate. Maybe I will. I have not used the Shimano yet but I did think the handle was a bit awkward. I will buy a handle and get a pal to fit it, as I am crap at anything technical!!

It's unbelievably easy mate! Simply take out the small screw holding the nut cap/cover in place.. Take off the nut holding the handle in place then swap handles and put them all back on the same way they came off.
