i got an email from 10 downing street asking to verify thast i signed a petition of the above

well i didnt
so i wonder who did

I got one too...but then I did sign the petition although it was a long time ago. Had forgotten all about it.

I notice a few other names on it from this forum.

One thing did make me smile a bit...my spam blocker flagged the email as junk mail....pretty much the way I categorise my daily mail from em.

Yes Dave & Graham, i got one too, it's just a bog standard reply. at least you feel you are making a difference. the pen is mightier than the sword..:yltype:
