Trip out at the can late afternoon early evening. Few codling showing now. The old man managing the best at nudging 6lb but this weeks comp was for the the greatest number he walked away :-[
We had 6 nice fish to keep and a few put back. Water still murky off the rough seas. All fish taken on bait Mussel, squid and razor.....

Missed a good photo of the boat stingray when it powered passed. Im sure he would have picked a few up too....

The yaks are certainly getting amongst the fish, thats a nice cod davey. Do they move the yak around when you latch into a decent fish!
Top report and photo's.

They do Arthur especially when the tides running hard like it was yesterday. Great sport on the lighter gear with braid. (can use lighter line in kayak as if you get fast all you need to do is paddle back over and out it comes). My dad had a 14lb ling on the Grauvel Anagra rod last year. Its a great light rod at a great price.
