Yes the idea of the video on youtube was supposed to be tough in cheek for fun. And yes I could have replied in better manner, for that I apologies.

BUT;
I did feel the need to point out that to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Had the other members in question, replies been a little more cordial and perhaps asked why I did something rather than simply assuming, I think things would have got off to a better start!

Yes this is a cheap reel and I obviously am not going to spend much time messing around with it, it was just for a bit of fun to see if it could be done.

I notice you said I make a bad reel and you are having problems with it.

Russell did point out that all you had to do was contact me. I would like you to be able to use it, not just spin it. So I would be happy to take a look for you. It sounds like the spindle may be bent or out of line some way. Or there is a problem with the main brass bush or may need replacement bearings, I sold that reel over a year ago I think. Its hard to tell till I see it.

How heavy are the leads you were casting on it?

am not bothered about it cant be bothered with the posting back on fourth now but thanks for the offer the star drag you put on makes it alot easier to reel in more guts do you do it for the 7ht turbo?

i never stated you made a bad reel i said un castable then also said you sold it as a talking point one of not a casting reel its been over a year am not bothered now

mate its been over a year when i first got the reel i told you about it 1 week after buying it your whole show because its in the public eye doesnt float with me so dont bother addresing it now good luck

im been sitting on the wall and well out of this all through this debate even though
it was originally my thread but your getting an offer to get
your "uncastable" reel fixed so why keep backing off??
i sent you jamies number weeks ago before all this kicked off so don't
say its all for show because its not! how could it be if i had given you jamies
number weeks ago??????
jamie was quite hapoy to fix it weeks ago but you did not contact him??
i just want ti get all this sorted out not going around
in bloody circles phill mate!
this is probley the last post as in staying well clear of the thread creator from now on!
