Couple there i would have arrested, such as the ones on board a baot who where dressed as if they where going out for a summer stroll and had to be brought back ashore, and they had a seven week old baby with them as well.
A couple of ribs, all sorts of organisations out there today, brought them back and dropped them off at the lifeboat house, there was no need to bollock them, think they knew at the silence and the shaking of heads.
