Pronunciation advice needed: Redheugh

Well I've always pronounced it Hee-you, all my family pronounce it that way, but I've noticed on the radio they keep pronouncing it he-youff.

redhyuff
and derwenthoff.....been that way for as long as i can remember, and that a long time....blame the posh buggers on tv and radio for changing it

strange, I never thought of these being anything else than redheeyuff and derwenthoff but I suppose when you look at it from another perspective maybe we are a bit strange in pronunciation .....

which I suppose could open a can of worms .... how about camis (sorry cambois) :)
