Quiet weekend.

Probably see you at the weigh in Steve, you can give me a hand with my prizes,here\'s hoping anyway, best of luck mate ;)

Jim get a grip of your self man,get your self a big red marker and dab your lip so it looks like a cold sore that will solve the swmbo prob and let you get your mind back on the fishing ;)
Steve might see you back @ the weigh in tomorrow :)

just aquired another mountain of tying kit so tons to spare. Bought a collection of an old boy, who just can\'t do it anymore. 60 years worth! there must be several species of extinct bird among the feathers! I\'ve no idea what some of it is.

loads of little paper packs of hooks some of which must be even older. theres some in Hardy packets, the likes of which I\'ve never seen, they have neither eye nor spade end, but taper off and the taper is sort of knurled??

been having a whale of a time sorting through it all

Did you get to the weigh in then Gogs I looked for ya ,no sign although I did hear a few north of the border accents behind me in the queue.Mrs Ferry was there as well ,was one of your clan chatting to her? ;)

To be honest Jim, I usually catch more in the summer than I do in the winter. I can see where you\'re coming from - more comfortable fishing and more fish!

I\'ll give you a shout in the warmer months and you can join me at Sandsend/Upgang for a good nights fishing using light tackle and catching fish that really fight! ;)

Steve i set the alarm for 7 but when it went of i still felt the effects of the stella from the night before, didnt fancy losing my licence to go scratching,
turns out it was a good day, wish i had cut back on the drink but you know what its like m8 ;)

Mike, I will definately be up for that mate.

Mark I will be in touch with you and have a drive over one day mate and you can educate me lol.
