Best team won on the day, and credit for it. regardless what happens the rest of the season I wouldn't to see any of the north east teams relegated,

Nah i will be honest they deserve to win but it doesnt change my overall feelings. I hate the club, the town, its people and everything they stand for. In my opinion they sum up all that is wrong with modern Britain.
And dont start this "its not a town its a city" argument, its not. Where is the Cathederal??

Just let them have in Jackson, lets face in in my life time i can only remember 1 good year for Sunderland in the prem and cant remember many times they beat us.
We have had many good times and good wins, i just say well done to them, looks like the top dog this season. I work in a 50/50 office and must say mind when Sunderland went down or we beat them the crack lasted a few hours but Sunderland fans do seem to be making it more than it's worth.
Anyway WBA for us next, gotta be 3 points and Stoke for Sunderland and should be 3 points also...dont care about the Boro

At the end of the day the better team won on the day...let them have their 5 seconds of Glory...if a season is measured by winning a Derby game then it can't be up to much can it?
As to the Toon going down...I've said for the last couple of years it wouldn't do us any harm - it would at least (hopefully) instill a bit of fighting spirit into the team

Ashley and his cronies have ripped the heart out of your club. To be honest, I don't think Keegan was the answer for you either, the premiership is a different animal from the days when he ****ed an 11 point lead up the wall.
I don't know who you're going to get in to stabilise your club, but its going to be a massive massive job.
One more thing. I think you'll do well to hang onto Owen in January if you're in your current predicament. When you think about it, he's a proven international goalscorer, but the one thing that will be attractive to the top 4/6 is he's not cup tied in europe. That'll be a massive draw to clubs.
