have in just liased with a representative of her majesty\'s post office (me nephews a postie) red lacky bands are now standard issues in sort office accross the land, it was, and it could only happen in britain, as a result of a health and safety study

Well with me doing a very lot of cycling they are all over the pavements around this area !! careless posty`s ? or do they just spring off the letters and they cant pick them up because of health and safety reasons (bad backs=time off work=no wages)!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, there you go , today I just had the car serviced and so ended walking back up for it from house to garage ........... LOL low and behold bert yer right ........ hahaha must have spotted a dozen red lacky bands in the gutters ...... see my problem is I dont get out enough LOL only had to look to see

Just found 200 red lacky bands - and his left hand in the garden LOL
