just been reading the son's 4-4-2 footy magazine, they have the mackems to finish 18th. Relegated along with Palace and Hull, probably as pdc is mad, and they lost mignolet & rose, probably also lose cattermol, and signed a bunch of unknowns.

The season hasn't started yet and they're already been written off! happy days. will be interesting to see how it pans out.

That said the best bit of business Nufc have done so far is not losing any players (apart from pirch & simpson) hardly shows any great ambition from big mike, although bent and remy still mentioned, (a mercenary and an ALLEGED rapist.) Of course we signed big joe, great piece of business that

I predict another long hard season for both teams, ultimately nufc survival / scrape top half , and agree with 4-4-2 for safc..

Not lost anyone except your best player last year? And not signed anyone?i have not been confident at the start of the season for a few years now but i am this season i dont think we will strugle one bit. all i can say is when slnd score the goals the enthusiam that pdc shows reminds me of the passion bob stokoe showed when sunderland won the fa cup the last major cup to come back to the north east.

Well ive put my money where my mouth is,on the 19th of july i got 12/1 for newcastle to be relegated so i put £20 on,just cos i picked £400 up i thought it would be rude not to.ive just looked 10 mins ago and they are now 17/2.ive also been looking for prices for alain pardieux to be the first casualty of the season but aint found anything yet.Watch this space.

I have a job so I don't watch daytime TV but I'd guess that most who are on there are said to be from Newcastle as no ****er has heard of or knows where mackemland is.
