has anyone tried the stretch of the don between st pauls church and the tyne for flounders . Im thinking of giving it a try tommorow just wondering if anyones tried there before

give it a go and let us know, don't see why there shouldn't be flounders there, all the little tributaries in the Blyth have them.

Plenty of eels wintaz, and some cracking flounder especially at jetty end on the flood
