the programme is ****e have u seen the catfish episode. most annoying episode ever. repeates the same cutscene of a guy handlining gettin caught on a hook gettin pulled in over and over and over. most the other episodes are exactly the same. I fkin hate it with a passion because it could potentially be a very good programme but just isnt.

A think people who slag these tv shows off have to really just get a grip and put thereselves in those anglers situations.
I love watching River Monsters, Jungle Hooks, Extreme Fishing and the Ultimate Fishing Show, and a tell you what, a wouldnt mind getting paid and earning the publicity that those anglers get (Jeremy Wade, Robson Green, Matt Watson.)

i think its more fun watching that cyril chaquet dude. especially when picks up the stingray barb and impales it on his hand the screams....think his fishing show is canny good.

Fishing Adventurer? Yeah that guy is a nutter still the places he goes with his little dinghy... Crazy man but he's a lure angler, that's why it's interesting. Lure fishing is 10 times fore fun than ledgering with a 4lb phirana on your hook.
River monsters is designed to not only show you fish but to show you why things are the way you are, the risks we take. And how sometimes we don't get what we want. It shows the reality of fishing places like that. It may not be most peoples cup of tea but it's interesting to see the other side of the story sometimes

like all the fishing programmes, sea, fly coarse, love to see Henry out and about, but then again i like watching robson green so what do i know, well i do know this, any of you would want to be any of them at the destinations they get to fish, howay man, who wouldnt want to fish them. Jeremy wade is a good angler anarl
