apparently a man in a kyak got into difficulty today off hartlepool,

these guy's were visiting Hartlepool and noticed the guy was in distress, they picked him up and dropped him off on dry land fit and well...

i don't know the ins and outs of the incident but took an oppertunity to have a look around their boat.....

all i can say is "WOW"

pics arn't the best but worth a look

I would like to think a lot more lads could spare 54p a week and join up for the shore member @ £28 a year, just got mine out.

That's it, membership is the way to go; then the taxman adds to your subscription too.

Its great to have these chaps around as you never know what or whenever something is going to go wrong as for the guy in the kayak he should always have someone there when messing about on the river as its just idiotic.:cool::cool:

personally when I had my boat I wouldn't want the RNLI to come and get me, just imagine how embarrassing it would be having your son take you home. Please take this with the hunour it is meant.
