Yeh looks spot on mate. Didn't nar they did greys like:D
Without trying to sound like a tackle tart the only negative I've experienced with century rods is that the logo wears off quickly, don't bother me but it may bother some people and may affect resale value, in my opinion only. Having said that I reckon if i took it down to the factory they'd probably stamp a new one on, no problem.

LOL - I they've started selling Greys rods.....

I'm well happy with the rebuild and even the price as it was cheaper than most of the quotes I received for the work locally. Quality finish as expected.

How did you come to have it done by Century? and would you mind passing the contact details on to me please, £60 sounds like a give away for a rebuild of any quality, my CM express could do with reuild over the summer.

Misterg - I've sent you a pm. Tiddler - Just to clarify that they only rebuild Century rods but I believe Primo Man does rebuilds and a cracking job too if you check out earlier threads. With regards Century - just call them on 0191 4168200 and then drop the rod off to them ~ Washington, mine was ready within a week, hopefully you will be charged the same price but no doubt if they get an influx of rebuilds they will no doubt increase their prices - hopefully not though.

well i contacted century and they just recommended me some geeza in glasgow!!! ive emailed him but cant see me getting a rebuild for £60 like i would have liked to pay!!!!:(:(
